Patricia H. Modzelewski has practiced in the areas of Real Estate Law, Mediation, General Civil Litigation, Probate, and Estate Administration. After earning her bachelor’s degree from the University of Connecticut, Attorney Modzelewski graduated from the University of Bridgeport School of Law. Patricia is licensed to practice law in all Connecticut Courts and the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut. Patricia is a member of the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association; Connecticut Bar Association and its Family Law, Probate & Estates, and Elder Law Committees; the New London County Bar Association, and the Middlesex County Bar Association.

Attorney Modzelewski has served as an appointed Arbitrator and Fact Finder for the Superior Court for the Judicial District of New London Civil Division, a Special Master for the Family Division, and served for many years on the Middlesex Bar Grievance Committee.

Patricia’s interests and community involvement have included serving as a board member and a former officer of the Visiting Nurse Association of Southeastern Connecticut, and as a board member for the Salvation Army. She is a member of the Guild of Catholic Lawyers, Southeastern Connecticut Women’s Network, and the International Legal Fraternity of Phi Delta Phi. After 37 years of practice, Patricia transitioned to “Of Counsel” to the firm in February of 2020.
