Jonathan A. Peck practices in the areas of Real Estate, Estate Planning and Corporate Law. Jon has built one of the largest residential real estate practices in Eastern Connecticut. Respected by the real estate professionals in our area, Jonathan has represented buyers, sellers and lenders in thousands of real estate transactions over the past thirty five years.
Garon Camassar

Garon Camassar’s practice, which spans more than 50 years, focuses on residential and commercial real property, financing, commercial business transactions, business law, general commercial law, and related litigation. He assists clients with structuring, negotiating, drafting, and closing real estate acquisitions and the completion of financing arrangements. He serves as general corporate counsel to a wide range of business clients in a variety of industries including marine dockage and repair, automotive dealerships and repair facilities, aviation operators, hotels, and restaurants. He also represents banks, credit unions, developers, and investors in many aspects of sales, financing, leasing, property tax and land use matters.
Heidi Z. Ferrier

Heidi Z. Ferrier practices in the areas of Real Estate and Estate Planning. Attorney Ferrier graduated from the University of Vermont in Burlington, and Quinnipiac University School of Law. She is admitted to practice in all courts of the State of Connecticut, the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut, the United States District for the Southern District of New York, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Attorney Ferrier is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association including the Real Estate and Estates & Probates sections as well as the New London County Bar Association.

Tina is the longest tenured member of the Peck & Tuneski, P.C. staff, having joined the firm in 1986. She is an experienced Real Estate Closing Paralegal, who now handles the title searching duties for the firm. She is a native of Waterford and lives with her two children, Jeremy and Jaden and dog, Barkley.
Cheryl Brown

Cheryl joined Peck & Tuneski, P.C. in 2015. Cheryl is responsible for all post-closing aspects of our real estate practice. Cheryl’s experience working at local banks in loan processing brings a special attention to detail that post closing requires. Cheryl lives in East Lyme with her family.
Rebecca Carpenteri

Rebecca has been with Peck & Tuneski, P.C. since 1990. During her time with us, she has provided legal support for several attorneys and now works as Jon Peck’s assistant. She is also responsible for all accounting responsibilities for the firm. Rebecca is originally from Denver but has lived in Southeastern Connecticut for over thirty years. Rebecca’s favorite pass time is spending time with her family.

Candice rejoined Peck & Tuneski, P.C. in 2015 as a Real Estate Closing Paralegal. She worked in that same capacity for us in the early 2000s before leaving to take care of her family. After working as a branch manager for a local credit union she decided to return to Peck & Tuneski. We welcomed her back.

As a result, Monique came to our firm well equipped to work with our estate planning and probate clients. Monique also works for Attorney Garon Camassar in the area of commercial real estate. She lives in Waterford with her two daughters.

Our newest staff member Debbie joined us as our front of house assistant in November, 2021 during the height of the COVID pandemic. Her customer service background makes her uniquely qualified to act as our front of the house. She is responsible for gathering all information to open our new files. Debbie has lived in East Lyme for the last ten years.

With the building on your left our entrance is the first canopy. Our office is in the left portion of this shared space.
