Michael D. Shapiro
Michael D. Shapiro, joined Peck & Tuneski, P.C. in May of 2006 as, Of
Counsel. Attorney Shapiro is a long-time resident of Southeastern Connecticut,
and has practiced law in New London since 1965.
Attorney Shapiro practices in the areas of divorce mediation and family
law, probate, and real estate. His general practice experience allows
him to compliment Peck & Tuneski's practice in all areas. He is admitted
to practice before all courts in the State of Connecticut, as well as
the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut. He is a graduate
of Brown University, and Boston College of Law. He is a member of the
Connecticut and New London County Bar Associations.
Attorney Shapiro has been active in civic and community affairs. He
has served as President of the Community Foundation of Southeastern Connecticut,
original Trustee of the Martin Luther King Scholarship Trust Fund, Moderator
of the Waterford Representative Town Meeting, and is active in the Brown
University Alumni Association.
