Litigation
Litigation involves bringing an action in court to enforce your
rights. There are many types of litigation. Family law, collection
law, personal injury law and criminal law all involve some sort of
litigation process. When you are considering which law firm to hire
to handle your needs in this area, it is important to consider that
litigation is time consuming and costly. In the best of circumstances,
you can expect to pay several thousand dollars, and expend two (2)
to five (5) years, pursuing your legal rights through the courts.
You should feel that you have chosen an attorney who is certainly
capable of bringing your case to court, but willing, if the situation
warrants, to attempt to work out your case, without the need for
court action. Peck & Tuneski, P.C. believes that litigation is
the last resort for our clients. We are willing to spend the time
necessary to work with our clients toward a negotiated resolve, if
possible. Once all avenues have been explored and explained, we will
take your case to court. We are aggressive and experienced in all
areas of trial court litigation. We look forward to talking to you
about your particular situation.
