Closing Tracker

This section of our web site provides a link to our closing services website.  The service is called Closing Tracker.  Closing Tracker allows clients, real estate agents, mortgage brokers and lenders to view the status of closing files opened by our office. Click on the link, then enter the user name and password provided to you in an email sent upon the opening of our file.  If you are a lender, mortgage broker, or realtor you will have only one user name and password that will allow you to access all files opened by us in which you are a participant.  Until the file is opened by our office and the email sent no information will be available for the transaction. The closing information is updated as the file is worked by our office.  Notice of new information on the site is emailed directly to the appropriate parties.  Information regarding the real estate legal assistant working on the file, the estimated closing date, the timing of certain events as well as closing documents are also available on line. This section of our site is protected by a unique user name and password. This user name and password is only provided to those people particularly involved in each transaction.  If you do not want to have this information available to you, your lender or your realtor you may notify us and the service can be discontinued for that file.  We hope this additional service makes the closing process easier for our clients and the professionals working with them.
